Vegan baked oats

Hi guys! So today I woke up to quite a chilly day in Durban. I'm definitely someone that gets cold quite easily, so I decided to swap out my usual smoothie for breakfast, for some oats. But I truly wasn't in the mood for the normal boring stove top cooked oats, so I searched the internet for some vegan baked oats recipes to try out. They are famous for their coffee, but we hadn’t had the opportunity to try them the last time we were in Cape Town, so we had to go this time round. Soham ordered a flat white, his favourite, I ordered a honey nut latte and we got an almond croissant to share. We decided to eat there, so we paid and sat outside, because it was such a stunni...
